the English proficiency of some staff members was limited, which made communication difficult at times. there were issues with hot water, which made showering uncomfortable during the colder months.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the comfortable and clean room with a cozy bed. , the location was very convenient. The hotel is situated near a shopping mall, which was perfect for some last-minute Christmas shopping. The mall also had a variety of dining options which were great for satisfying any hunger cravings. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming which made me feel at home.
Sadly, my overall experience was not so great due to a couple of issues. the water pressure was extremely low making it tough to take a shower comfortably.
